The UUCF Service Auction is set for
Saturday, November 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.!
The time has come to gather your special powers to help UUCF create our “SUPERHEROES AUCTION”!
We will be back in Adams Hall this year with our traditional dinner and live auction! We’ve decided to continue running the silent auction online through our online platform through Bidding Owl to allow more time to peruse the offerings (and save some wear and tear on our volunteers).
So – to make the auction a success: We need your donations!
Popular items continue to be:
- Parties/dinners
- Tours
- Educational walks
- Art workshops
- Gardening or handyperson services
- Babysitting
- Dessert or cocktail subscriptions
- Scavenger hunts
- Game nights
- Etc.
Really, let your imagination run free!
If you’re donating physical items:
1) After filling out the donation form, send a picture of the item to Linda Brown at ljbrownb@gmail.com and,
2) The items must be dropped off at UUCF by October 27 so that we can have everything ready for pickup in a single location after the auction.
Sign up will be required on Bidding Owl to participate in the silent auction, just keep an eye on the E-blasts for the link to the auction site, which we plan on sending out in mid-October.
The silent auction will then be open for bidding from October 23 through noon on November 11.
