A building’s foundation is designed to provide support, especially during stormy weather. Having a solid foundation that supports your mental health, especially during difficult times and seasons of change, is equally important. SPN Survivors has identified six key Building Blocks that serve as that foundation to support your mental health. These six Building Blocks explain mental health in a simple, easy to understand format that reveals how we see the world around us and behave the way we do. These Building Blocks have the capacity to be both life changing and lifesaving and we are excited to share them so that, you too, can start building a foundation that supports a healthy you at home, at school, at work and at play.
